The Stavoor group uses WebHare for a variety of purposes. For example, its two public websites are completely maintained using WebHare. Stavoor also uses WebHare for its intranet and to access large amounts of internal documentation.

The Stavoor group specializes in training, coaching and advice for various fields of expertise. The corporate website offers a great deal of information about this national organization in a well-structured format.

Stavoor required a system that would allow them to publish large amounts of data in an easy and organized way, without requiring their users to have in-depth technical knowledge of the World Wide Web. WebHare proved to be the best application for the job.

WebHare was also utilized to publish the Dasmo website, a site separate from the Stavoor corporate website. Dasmo, a part of the Stavoor group, is a consulting and training organization.

Stavoor uses an extranet to keep in touch with the participants of their courses. The WebPack module is used extensively in this extranet, for example, to provide discussion forums for the participants.

The Consilio module is used to be able to the search the site. The easy integration of Consilio in the sites and the new information that becomes available immediately after placing it on the website were the main reasons to choose Consilio.
