@Campus - A new design

In June 2002, approximately a dozen sites with the old web design were using WebHare. At that time, the decision was made at UT to radically change the design.

Axis Media Ontwerpers created their new design and we were asked to implement it.

The entire project, from initial design to the moment of publication on a live server was satisfactorily executed within one month and the WebHare system began converting the old sites to their new design.

@Campus was born.

Everyone liked the new @campus design so much that more and more departments and University personnel wanted to use it for their own websites. As WebHare is the easiest way to maintain a website, the number of users grew.

And as often happens, with the expansion of users came new wants and needs. The University didn't want WebHare to just maintain websites; they wanted new functions.
