Increased productivity
A content management system (CMS) can relieve you of a lot of work. Well...once it’s up and running that is…
Most CMS are difficult to configure and operate due to their modular design. There is nothing wrong with modularity (WebHare is extremely modular too), but have you considered all the implications of integrating a CMS?
Have you determined how to install the system? Can you install it yourself or will you need external consultants? How will you keep the software up-to-date?
What is needed to tailor the system to fit your needs? Can your current corporate design be integrated easily? Will the CMS work congruously with other vital systems in your organization? Can you implement the necessary changes yourself or will you need someone else to do this?
How will the day-to-day use fare? How user-friendly is the system? Does it require your employees to learn a new application? Do you need to purchase and employ expensive and lengthy training courses?
Only WebHare ensures you can get started immediately!
Installation and updates
Installing WebHare is a breeze. The setup wizard guides you through the procedure and the installation manual is at your disposal should anything be unclear.

Upgrading WebHare is even more straightforward. Just download a new version from your personal section of the WebHare support site and install this on top of the old version.
Configuring WebHare is just as simple. All steps are well documented in the manuals. You can install and configure WebHare on your own. However, we are always available just in case you run into unexpected difficulties.
Day-to-day use
You can upload your existing Microsoft® Word documents (the most frequently used word processor) in WebHare straightaway.
Other CMS often require you to manually convert your documents to XML (or a similar format), or perform a one-time automatic conversion from Word to HTML/XML. The result is that you must maintain two versions of the same document; the Microsoft® Word document used daily and the version used only for the web.
With WebHare, there is no need to maintain more than one version of your document. You provide the content, WebHare does the rest.
Fitting your needs
We won’t claim that WebHare doesn’t need to be customized to fit your needs. Neither implementing a corporate design, nor the integration of WebHare with other company databases can be completely automated.
That is why we will never just hand over WebHare and wish you good luck. We will always make sure you get exactly what you need and want, as well as explain everything thoroughly. In this way, you will be immediately productive and able to maintain your content yourself. No constraints, just possibilities.
