Graphical user interface

WebHare can be used and configured entirely with its proven user-friendly interface consisting of several web pages. This means you only need a web browser to maintain and configure the system. You don't have to install additional software on every workstation to implement WebHare.

The user interface is always personalized to offer only the options you need for your role in the system. For example, an editor has a different role than a web master, so a different set of features will be displayed. Configuring the right amount of features for each individual user makes WebHare easier to use. Each user has the ability to set a number of personal preferences such as the language used and modify the visual appearance of the interface by selecting different "skins."

The WebHare user interface is completely modular. Each interface screen has a fixed set of standardized components, all with a clear and unambiguous role and meaning. Every module in the WebHare system uses these same graphical user interface (GUI) components. This ensures that new modules and applications can always be used in the same simple way.

The standardization of the user interface eliminates the need to relearn the system whenever a new functionality is added and as a scientific study clearly demonstrates, the learning curve takes less time.
