WebHare webserver
The WebHare webserver is a multithreaded webserver that guarantees speed and stability on both Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix platforms. The webserver is responsible for hosting the WebHare user interface. You can also use the WebHare webserver to host the HTML pages generated by WebHare, both through normal and secure (HTTPS) connections.
The WebHare webserver supports virtual hosting as well. This allows a large number of websites to be hosted from a single system.
Additionally, the webserver grants several ways to protect and secure both the user interface and the websites maintained in WebHare. You can use passwords to protect web pages and you can also allow or deny access based on the IP addresses of specific computers. There is no need to modify obscure text configuration files to initiate this. The webserver can be configured using its own web interface.
The WebHare webserver comes with standard support for single sign-on services and can act as both a client and a server in such a configuration.
